Recently, our company has received feedback from customers indicating that products similar to Homsh's iris recognition FPGA algorithm modules have emerged in the market, but their sales channels are not officially authorized by Homsh. In this regard, our company hereby makes the following solemn statement:
I. Sole Legitimate Supplier Statement
Homsh is the sole legitimate provider of iris recognition algorithm modules and related image perception modules based on FPGA platforms worldwide. The core algorithm architectures, hardware design schemes, and system integration technologies involved in the aforementioned products are all protected by the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant intellectual property laws. Regardless of the brand of chips adopted by the FPGA carrier, including but not limited to FPGA products from domestic and foreign manufacturers such as AMD (Xilinx), Intel (Altera), Lattice, Microchip, Unisound Semiconductor, Anlogic Technology, and GOWIN Semiconductor, the iris recognition algorithm IP carried on them is exclusively owned by Homsh. No reproduction, transplantation, or sale is allowed without written authorization.
II. Warning Against Infringing Acts
Any unit or individual that, without the written permission of Homsh, arbitrarily reproduces, imitates, sells, or distributes the aforementioned FPGA algorithm modules and related products shall constitute an infringement of our company's intellectual property rights. Our company will pursue their legal liabilities in accordance with the law, including but not limited to: demanding an immediate cessation of infringing acts, recovering all illegal gains, claiming compensation for economic losses and reasonable rights protection expenses, and reserving the right to file civil litigation and criminal charges.
III. Risk Warning for Purchasers
Any enterprise or individual that purchases or uses FPGA iris recognition modules or related products not officially authorized by Homsh may also bear corresponding legal risks due to the use of infringing products. Our company urges all potential customers to verify the source of products before procurement and confirm whether the supplier holds an official authorization document from Homsh.
IV. Channel and Identity Verification
Our company has noticed that recently some individuals, without official certification, have arbitrarily contacted customers and promoted products in the name of "Homsh". Hereby, we solemnly declare that all business cooperation and product sales of Homsh are conducted through officially authorized channels. If you have any doubts about the identity of a cooperation partner, please verify with our company through the contact information attached to this statement.
V. Final Notice to Immediately Cease Infringement Activities
Our company officially urges all units and individuals involved in the aforementioned infringing acts, whether located inside or outside China, and regardless of the sales channels through which the infringing acts occur, to immediately cease all infringing activities. Homsh will continue to monitor market dynamics and reserve the right to take further legal actions at any time.
